It’s been quite some time since I visited the beautiful and rocky coastline of Acadia, Maine. Going through the archives, I came across this image I had taken of Bass Harbor Lighthouse bathed in beautiful late afternoon light. I remember climbing down the rocks to get below as I wanted to get the reflection of the lighthouse in the tidal pool below which wasn’t easy. The conditions were perfect and the light was beautiful so I decided to go for it…I’m glad I did as this image is one of my favorites. If you do decide to hike down, be very, very careful….
